Personnel Office Manager

The personnel will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for controlling and managing all human resources and general affairs administration. He or she will manage a small dedicate team and will oversee recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development whilst placing special emphasis on employee relations.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree preferably Human Resources with proven experience of managing an HR department preferably gained working in a large multicultural environment. He or she will be a highly self-motivated, hands on person who processes exceptional communication and people skill, a strategic thinking ability and high level of integrity. The successful candidate will have a friendly, approachable personality, a sense of humor and shall possess excellent written and spoken skills.
