Research Assistant / Manager

  • Thai national, aged between 21-28 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field from abroad or the international universities. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing research and/or marketing
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and preferably experience in leading a small group of subordinates
  • Has good understanding of local market with experience in qualitative and quantitative research
  • Has analytical, problem solving, planning and communication skills
  • Able to steer and contribute to proposals and customer meetings
  • Capable of working across functions and levels to achieve synergy
  • Eager to learn new things and able to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues, and constantly reassess priorities
  • Able to work under pressure and limited timeframe
  • Excellent command of English (international university graduate is preferred)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and database applications
  • Willing to go upcountry and abroad from time to time
  • Japanese or Chinese communication skill is an advantage
